On October 4, over 8,000 officers and soldiers of China's Army, Navy and Air Force that took part in China 60th Anniversary Military Parade came to the Bird's Nest and were warmly welcomed and greatly applauded by the tourists on spot. The high-spirited troops walking in vigorous strides added a charm to the venue.
